"Corporate Governance Association" published an interview with Melsa Ararat on "Europe’s Corporate Governance issues and her article on Istanbul Stock Exchange's (ISE) Corporate Governance Index" (April 2008)
Corporate Governance Association dedicated 5 pages of its’ journal to the Corporate Governance conference which took place in the European Parliament on the 20th of February 2007. The conference focused on Corporate Governance issues and challenges faced by the accession countries. Melsa Ararat had participated in the conference and commented on Turkey’s corporate governance reforms which he explained in an article previously published by International Finance Corporation (IFC).

Melsa Ararat, Director of Sabancı University Corporate Governance Forum, criticized listed companies for not disclosıng the reasons behind voluntary or forced resignations of board members and top executives. She notes that the background of CEO resignations are particularly important for the investors.
