Sabancı University Corporate Governance Forum Director Melsa Ararat was the guest of the BloombergHT live broadcast to provide information on the 'Roadmap for Increasing the Ratio of Women in Boards' prepared with the support of the EBRD Special Fund.

Ararat, who also made a general assessment of the situation of the boards in Turkey, said: 

"With the road map we have prepared, we aim to ensure gender balance in the boards of directors by paving the way for different regulations and laws aimed at increasing the ratio of women in the board of directors, and to make the board members more competent through various training and certification programs."
