IFC supported  Emerging Markets Corporate Governance Research Network (EMCGN) issued its 2nd Research Bulletin.

Melsa Ararat, the coordinator of the Network and the director of Sabanci University Corporate Governance Forum (CGFT), and Mehmet Ihsan Canayaz, PhD student at the Faculty of Management, are the editor and the associate editor of the Bulletin respectively.
