The book is prepared by Birmingham University's Corporate Governance Center director Chris Mallin and the book contains case studies from various countries around the world. Corporate Governance Forum director Melsa Ararat and TAD Law Firm lawyer Esin Taboğlu and Burcu Sener have contributed with examples from Turkey.
