Management
In the first 3 years when CGFT was a joint undertaking of Sabanci University and TÜSİAD, CGFT was governed by a Steering Committee consisting of SU and TÜSİAD (Founding Team) Since 2006, CGFT is run as a program with one off and recurrent projects under the directorship of a SOM faculty member with the support of full-time thematic experts. Theme experts manage a bundle of projects falling under their area of expertise.

Finances
All projects and staff of CGFT are externally funded through grants, sponsorships and donations.   Forum’s accounting and finances are handled by Sabancı University Research and Graduate Policies Directorate.

Advisory Boards
CGFT has an Advisory Board consisting of representatives from all faculties. The Advisory board meets twice a year, to advise on priorities and future direction of the Forum and review its progress.

CGFT’s main projects have their own Advisory Boards or Steering Committees.

Transperancy
CGFT maintains Websites and social media accounts for each of its projects, issues quarterly bulletins and annual reports  to inform its stakeholders about its work.
